Scheduled maintenance break on Sensitive Data Services (SD Desktop): April 20; 9:00-16:00

On Wednesday (April  20, 2022) there will be a scheduled maintenance break for SD Desktop services for approximately seven hours from 9.00 to 16.00 and the SD Desktop will be inaccessible.  During this maintenance window,  we will:

- Update the Data Gateway application. From then on all Desktops currently in use will no longer be able to access data stored in SD Connect as we have made several  security enhancements to Data Gateway. For this reason, we advise you to launch and use a new Desktop after the maintenance break (see:

- Improve the authentication method by adding a second verification step (or MFA, Multi-Factor Authentication) when logging in to SD Desktop. After the service break, you will need to activate the MFA on your CSC account by going to and following these steps:
