Update 1: Service break on Puhti was extended to end on April 28 due to an unexpected fault condition.

There will be a service break on Puhti on Thursday April 27 from 7:30 to 19:00, and on Mahti on Friday April 28 from 7:30 to 19:00. During the service break there will be no access to the system including login nodes, web interface, and storage system.

In the service break important datacenter maintenance will be performed. Additionally maintenance operations will be carried out on Puhti and Mahti, improving reliability and functionality of the system.

In this service break there are no changes that affect the usage of Puhti or Mahti, and existing applications and scripts should continue to work after the break.
