Wednesday September 6, 2023 there will be a scheduled service break on Sensitive Data (SD) Services at 9:00 EEST, lasting three (3) hours. We will use this time for hardware maintenance to ensure the safe operation of our services and  introduce two significant changes related to SD Desktop:

1. When all billing units of a CSC project have been consumed, access to SD Desktop service will be restricted, and virtual desktops will be automatically paused.
2. Content within SD Desktop services will be permanently deleted 90 days after the project closure. Deleted data cannot be restored.

SD Desktop and SD Connect will be inaccessible during this maintenance window. All operations around the services will resume immediately after the maintenance completes.
