Next Wednesday (May 4, 2022), there will be a scheduled maintenance break on SD Services at 9.00 EEST, for approximately three (3) hours. We will be using this time to install necessary security patches to ensure the secure operation of our services and update the automated encryption function on SD Connect. SD Desktop will be inaccessible during this maintenance window, and you might experience a short interruption while using SD Connect.

All operations around the services will resume immediately after the maintenance completes however:

- The virtual Desktops currently in use need to be deleted and we advise you to launch and use a new Desktop after the maintenance break (see: https://docs.csc.fi/data/sensitive-data/sd_desktop/#setting-up-a-virtual-desktop).

- We also suggest you clear the cache and cookies on your web- browser to ensure optimal performance after the changes.
