We are having a service break on Sisu, Taito and Pettu disk system on Wednesday May 17 starting early in the morning. We expect to be able to return the systems to normal service during the same day.
We'll use the break to fix a number of things:
- Sisu: Install a Slurm bugfix, make some security related updates and sort out a minor Lustre issue.
- Pettu disk system: Replace failed components. This requires a break on Taito too.
An advance reservation is in place and during the break the front end nodes can be accessed and the submitted jobs will remain in their queues.The Pettu service work is expected to cause short interrupts in accessing the $WRKDIR.
Please note that only runs that can complete before Wed May 17 morning are eligible for execution before the break, so plan your work accordingly.
