Description
Taito server will be deprecated at the end of 2019. This course will provide the necessary skills needed to migrate your analyses and data to the new platform: Puhti and Allas.
Learning outcome
After this course you should be able to start migrating your data to Allas and start running your jobs in Puhti.
Prerequisities
This course is intended for researchers who are currently running their analyses in Taito. We assume course participants are already familiar with running batch jobs in CSC systems and will mainly cover only the differences between Taito and Puhti.
Course is mainly aimed at biosicientists, but most of the content is general and not linked to any specific science area.
