Service description
DMPTuuli is a web-based tool for creating, managing, and sharing research data management plans (DMPs). The service provides structured guidance and funder-specific templates to help researchers plan the lifecycle of research data in line with institutional and funder requirements.

The use does not require specific technical skills.
How to obtain the service
To use DMPTuuli, register an account at dmptuuli.fi and log in. Where supported, login via institutional credentials (e.g., via federated identity) enables access to organisation-specific guidance. After logging in, start a new data management plan, select an applicable template, and collaborate with team members.
The service is free of charge for all researchers affiliated to Finnish academic research.
