Service break on Sensitive Data (SD) Services

Time: Monday 21.9.2026 09:00 – Friday 25.9.2026 17:00 EEST

Dear Users,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming major upgrade to our service platform. This upgrade is an important step in improving the services’ performance, reliability, security, and future capabilities.

To complete this work, an extended service outage will be required. We will start the upgrade on Monday Sep 21 2026 9.00 and continue until Friday Sep 25 17.00.

During this period, all Sensitive Data services will be completely unavailable. Users will not be able to access any service functionality until the upgrade activities have been completed and the service has been restored.

We understand that this extended outage may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We strongly recommend that you plan any critical activities accordingly and complete any necessary work before the outage begins.

We will provide updates before the maintenance window starts and notify you once the service has been successfully restored.
