File format validation service

An open service for validating your files against open file format standards. 

Service description

You can validate your files against known open file formats. The service generates a detailed validation report you can download for yourself. The report includes technical characteristics of the files as well as potential errors generated by the validators if the files are not valid. The service is not meant for extensive forensic feature analysis or identifying potentially exotic file formats. CSC does not take responsibility for the files uploaded to the service. Please use own discretion when uploading files containing sensitive information.
