BioExcel Summer School 2026

This annual BioExcel flagship event provides a comprehensive combination of lectures and tutorial sessions on biomolecular modeling and simulations using modern core applications and tools and provides ample time for getting to know other researchers in the field.

The School takes place on 7 – 12 June 2026 in the Science and Technology Park of Sardinia, Pula, Italy, and is limited to 30 participants.

Important dates:

• Registration opens: 14th November 2025
• Registration closes: 1st February 2026
• Notification of acceptance: 14th February 2026
• Final registration done: 1st March 2026
• Fee waiver grantees have sent us their travel documents: 1st April 2026
• Payment deadline: 15th April 2026

No refund in case of cancellation will be possible after 1st May 2026
